You may rebook appointment at anytime within the first week. All chemical services are guaranteed only with use of recommended at home care products. We do not refund money. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Product Returns

We offer 100% satisfaction on all our hair care products within one week after purchase. If you decide that it is not the right product for you we will gladly take it back and exchange it for another product. Provided it's in original condition at time of purchase. We do not refund money. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Gift Certificate Returns

Gift Certificate available in amounts of $10-$250 are good for 90 days after purchase purchase date. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Read the fine print

Children

We ask you to consider the fact that sharp implements, hot styling tools, chemicals and a busy area combine to make any salon a dangerous environment for young children. No matter how careful we are, accidents can and do happen.

Only those receiving services may be present in the service areas. We DO NOT service under 16 years old.

If You're Late

We request our guest to be as punctual as possible to their scheduled appointments. We commit ourselves to being as flexible as possible, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late we cannot guarantee your full appointment time, this is to ensure that our next guest receives their full appointment time.

Courtesy Policy

If an appointment needs to be cancelled we ask that you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Unless otherwise noted for longer services.

No call, no show will result in other guests missing the opportunity to take your time slot. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, your credit card will be charged for the full amount of the appointment. Same day cancellation is min $60 up to the entire service and MULTIPLE SERVICES THE FEE IS the entire service and requires a 48 hour CANCELLATION.
